Sometimes a Buyer and Seller have problems e-mailing each other.
One of the causes of this problem is that some e-mail hosts are the
source of a lot of unwanted (spam) mail, to avoid this problem some other
e-mail hosts block all mail from the problem ones. Hotmail is one such
problem host which is often blocked.
Obviously there may be other problems with the sending or receiving party.
There are a number of things that you can try doing to establish contact
- If you have another ISP or an e-mail account with another provider you could try using that.
(If you do not have an alternative e-mail you can try
Hotmail,
Talk21 or
Yahoo Mail which are all web based mail services).
- You can use the 'mail this auction to a friend' link on the item description page to mail each other, this
e-mail is sent by eBay's mail server.
- You can
 Request a Users Contact Details . After entering the item number and user ID the Buyer & Seller are both e-mailed each others Addresses & Phone numbers.
