I am writing to you as I can see that you have never left feedback on eBay & might not understand how it works.
Next to each eBay users name is their feedback rating, the number in brackets, if you click on the number you are taken to the users id card where you can see a breakdown of the feedback rating and the feedback comments.
It is optional, but after you have completed a purchase the buyer & seller are able to leave feedback for each other, there is a link on the item description page.
Feedback has two elements
* Firstly there is a rating which you can set to Positive, Neutral or Negative. A positive adds 1 the recipients feedback, a negative deducts 1 from their feedback.
* Second there is a text box into which you can type an, up to, 80 character comment.
It is through buyers and sellers leaving positive or negative feedback for each other that other users know who to trust (or not) on eBay
Feedback cannot be altered once you have given it.
As a buyer you should wait until you have received the goods and checked them, if you are happy then leave feedback otherwise try to resolve any problems with the seller, only leave negative feedback when all possible avenues have been pursued
You are able to leave feedback for 90 days from the end of an auction
I would encourage you to click on the link below and leave feedback for all the purchases that you have made on eBay
Use this link to show all the feedback you have not given http://cgi2.ebay.co.uk/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?LeaveFeedbackShow
